-CRYSTAL BEACH MEDICAL CLINIC --WILL BE OPEN THIS COMING WEDNESDAY THE 19TH AT 9:00AM 955 EAST ROAD, BEHIND SEASIDE LUMBER , BEACH SIDE, YOU CAN CALL 409-682-2892, MY CELL I WILL BE THERE TO HELP AND BRUCE WILL BE SEEING PATIENTS ALL DAY WED, THURS, FRID-HALF DAY. THEY CAN WALK IN OR CALL. WE WILL BE THERE ...... THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT NEW PATIENT INFORMATION AND INSURANCE CARDS WILL BE NECESSARY. ALL CHARTS WERE LOST IN THE DAMAGE, SO WE WILL HAVE TO BEGIN ANEW. I WILL NOT HAVE THE PHARMACY OPEN AT THAT POINT, BUT I WILL BE VERY SOON. THEY CAN GET THEIR RX'S FILLED AT ANOTHER PHARMACY UNTIL I REOPEN, BUT THE MAIN THING IS THAT HE WILL BE OPEN TO SEE PATIENTS. SO COME PASS IT ON""BRUCE IS BACK"" Gayle Johnston J&J Pharmacy |

The County of Galveston has created a program to guide property owners through the debris removal process. This document includes a summary of the process for removal of Hurricane Ike-generated debris from private property in the unincorporated areas of Galveston County. Update No. 16 - Private Property Debris Removal Galveston County Debris Hotline number is: 800-679-2325. The Hotline will begin on November 13, 2008 @ 7 a.m. Options are: Press 1: Unincorporated Galveston County private property debris removal hotline Hours of operations: 7:00am - 5:00pm Press 2: Bolivar Peninsula private property debris removal hotline Hours of operations: 7:00am - 5:00pm Security The Galveston County Sheriff’s Office has said that more Department of Public Safety troopers will be patrolling the Peninsula, along with more Galveston County Sheriff’s Officers and the Constable’s presence is there as always. This should help security on the Peninsula. POD - Point of Distribution. The POD will be open thru the weekend and closing it down after that. Services to the Peninsula are opening up. Supplies should begin to be readily available. |

FERRY The North landing of the Ferry is open and it has been tested. Ferry service will be open to the Public at 6 am Tuesday November 11, 2008.
CURFEW Beginning Monday, November 10, 2008, Galveston County will remove the vacate order. The new curfew will be from 10 pm to 6 am. |

EFFECTIVE MONDAY
• Curfew - 10 pm to 6 am / Most of Rollover Pass • No Vacate Order - residents can stay • Opening up at Checkpoint
• If you have not secured your personal property or belongings by now, please do so immediately
• Galveston County Sheriff’s Office and Constable’s Office will also be stepping up number of units beginning next week. • Hopefully Ferry Services resume shortly |
